I ordered a salted caramel brew. When I got it, did not have the burnt sugar on top. When I asked for it, woman said they have been out of it for 2 weeks and there is nothing she could do. Pretty decent overall, good and friendly service. Occasional staffing issues mean it might be unexpectedly closed or the drive through wait might be long. Plan in advance for a wait if stopping by during morning rush hour. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

It was 6:28 pm on a Sunday night stopping to get coffee , went through the drive thru no one answered that so went to front of store got out and doors where locked. But the store hours said they were open until 7:00pm, not good customer service.
