If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Went to the drive thru to order a simple iced coffee order...the lady put everything I said on the screen(it was correct) got up to the window and the coffee was totally wrong. The one thing that was right was the fact that it was iced. I told her what I wanted and she proceeded to give me horrible attitude! Whoever that old Indian lady is, I'm assuming she is a manager since I saw her training someone there prior to this incident, needs to be fired! So unprofessional and just seems to not give any care for customers.
I had a disappointing experience at this location. The staff at the drive-thru was quite rude and didn't even greet us with a smile. When we asked for pup cups, the girl had to fetch a manager or owner to assist us. Unfortunately, the attitude was still cranky and unfriendly, and to make matters worse, we were charged for the pup cups, something I've never encountered at other Dunkin' locations across the country. I’ll be avoiding this place in the future. At least the coffee was ready and made correctly.
Ordered an iced chai latte with hash browns. Appreciated how crispy the hash brown were as well as with a little burnt(ness). The chai wasn't too crazy, could use more chai flavoring, it was just a whole lot of cinnamon milk. Service was fast though and they seem to have changed the outside.
Sitting in the drive through as I'm typing this. I've been here numerous times and have never had a good experience yet here I am again. They take FOREVER do not stop here if you are on your way to work or somewhere important you need to be, cause I'll tell you now you'll be late.

If I could give this place a negative rating it would be -10. Two cars in the lot and sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes until somebody woke up for my order. Three consecutive times they have messed up my single item order. Not a brain cell around that place.
I ordered milkshakes for my kids, but they tasted more like plain milk than Oreo. They really need to improve their milkshake-making skills. I wouldn't recommend spending your money at this location; they seem too focused on their phones!
Wow! I'm really impressed! This Dunkin' (the one in Wood Dale) is incredibly clean. It's the coolest Dunkin' I've ever visited! Everything is tidy, and the drinks are fantastic. Please keep up the great work!
This is definitely one of the better Dunkin’s when it comes to efficiency. The staff are friendly.
