My mom specifically wanted extra pumpkin with something else. I think it was cream and sugar but anyways, after purchasing it….heading back to my mom she knew that it was not made right because she knows how it taste cause that’s her regular order. This location is the worst. There’s a complete lack of organization, and no one seems to know how to assist the customers who have already paid. The last time I visited on a Saturday afternoon, I waited in the drive-thru for an hour and 45 minutes. Even when I went inside, I waited 45 minutes for just two donuts, some plain bagel bites, and a signature latte. Instead, I ended up with three iced coffees that I didn't order because the staff member was clearly unsure of what he was doing. To make matters worse, half of the menu items were either discontinued or out of stock. My latte kept getting delayed, and it’s frustrating to see customers come in voicing their complaints about their orders...
Fantastic service and incredible food! Everything was served quickly, hot, and fresh even at 6 am. I absolutely loved it! I just had to come and share my positive experience. Thank you, everyone!
Everyone is so friendly, especially the lovely lady who arrives early in the morning, making this our favorite DD! The store is always clean and the holiday decorations are fun.
