The staff is efficient and friendly, and the seating area is clean. They also provide a complimentary Community Advocate newspaper. However, the drive-thru line can get a bit long during peak hours, spilling over onto Route 20.

This Dunkin' is always bustling, and there's usually a wait. It seems like they typically have just one employee working in the afternoon. I recommend using the app to place your order ahead of time.
