I placed an online order this morning that was accepted and paid for, but when I arrived, I found only one employee there with the doors locked. She informed me that the manager, Tonya, had called her and she wouldn’t be coming in today. When I asked about getting a refund, she said that my order would be processed when enough employees were available. This isn’t helpful for me since I have to go to work. There is a way to disable the app for specific locations when orders can't be fulfilled, but the employee hasn't been trained on how to do that. I want clear information on how to get my money back, and I’ve decided I will no longer be using that location.
I feel sorry for the staff at this Dunkin' location. When I walk into other Dunkin' stores, they typically have five or more employees on duty. I often see customers leaving because of the long lines. It's no surprise that everyone is saying they are slow in the area. With only two people working, it’s a joke, and I can understand why customers don’t want to return.
Depending on who waits on you, your experience can be really good or really upsetting! Always check your food/drink before leaving the store. Wish they had crullers still! Also get there early for specific donuts-lemon, butternut etc. or they might not have what you’re looking for.
I know you’re short handed but watching people in the back talking or going on breaks when you have customers waiting (or leaving from the wait) in the store. No drive-thru either. It’s a gamble whether your order will be good or bad. Good luck!

Slowest dunks in MA. They only have 2 people working the weekends so it takes 20 minutes to place an order.No drive thru either.The dunks down the street has a normal amount of people working so the wait is nothing.
I'm not really a fan of their coffee or donuts anymore. They've grown too large, and everything feels mass-produced now. Their croissant with egg and cheese is decent, though.
Terrible!! I had ordered online 20 mins before just to get there and my order not only not be ready but none of my items were done.
The coffee was really good. Service was really good to.?
