Stopped by to order donuts a few days ahead for my daughter's birthday. We were told by her school that they'd individually wrapped donuts for parties. When I went in to ask about it the man behind the counter was shaming a mom for ordering her kidslattes. He screamed that it was her problem if she wanted to give her kids caffeine. Then when I was up he said that wrappingindividually wasn't something he would do and that getting them ordered was my problem and not his problem, but that he didn'twork in the morning anyways. I went to this dunkin last morning. When I arrived, I was disappointed to see the employees on the espresso bar wearing his mask under his chin when he prepared a drink for another customer. I went irresistibly to the counter and another employee came from behind into the register to take my order and this individual wore no mask AT ALL. I understand that masks are an inconvenience and relatively new, but this is the first food service facility that I started since the COVID-19 regulation where the employees do not wear masks at all. I visited this restaurant and noticed that only one person was working, and he wasn’t in the company uniform. It appeared that he was the owner handling everything by himself. I attempted to order an eggnog latte as part of their $2 latte promotion, but he argued that eggnog lattes weren’t eligible for that deal, even though I’ve purchased them for $2 at other locations. I would rate this place only one star, but I’ll give it two because the pumpkin latte I ended up getting was decent.
I ordered ahead and when I arrived about 10 minutes later I wasn?t greeted and my order wasn?t ready. After having to get cat shirt guy?s attention I asked if he had an order for me. He then rudely said I?m working on it. While fixing another drinkbefore mine even though I was the only person in there. On top of the horrendous customer service the bagel was tiny, nottoasted and gross. I will not be returning to this DD.

The most rude experience ordering a coffee. She scolded me for not saying things in the right order... Even though I had, and had clarified multiple times. She then told me it would be $7.40 for a medium iced coffee. When I asked what made it soexpensive, she scolded me again that it's just how much iced coffee costs. And here I was thinking that this location alwaysbeing out of things was the worst part about it.
Extremely rude and incompetent! They didn?t have the ingredients for my sandwich which they told about after making me wait for 20 min. The woman in the front was extremely rude about it and refused to issue me a refund! I had to wait for another 10min toget my money back which the other employee practically threw back at my face. Will never go back here again!
I?ve been getting my morning coffee here occasionally for the past 6 months. The coffee is good and up to par with Dunkin? Donuts standards. However the service at this location is poor. The service is extremely slow, sometimes messy counters and they don?t refill napkins quickly. I say go for the coffee but expect sup-bar service at this branch.
During my last visit, I decided to grab a coffee and a roasted bagel with cheese. To my surprise, the bagel was stale. It was so tough that it felt like chewing on rubber, and my teeth struggled to bite through it. The cheese was also flavorless. What’s going on with Dunkin’? I believe they need to make some changes in management.

Limited selection, Boston cream tasted old. Dunkin always seems to disappoint me. Must find another donut place.
