My experiences have generally been what you'd expect from Dunkin’—polite service, and I always make it a point to say thank you, even with online orders where I don’t interact with anyone. I ordered a medium coffee and loaded hash browns, and the cashier — who’s a regular there — took my order but didn’t seem to hear me correctly. Instead of the loaded hash browns I requested, she gave me a different item and then acted annoyed about it. This has happened before with her, and it makes me wonder if I’ve done something to upset her. I’ve been coming here for years, and so has she, so the sudden change in her attitude is really confusing. Lately, she has also been messing up my order or prioritizing customers she knows over me. Went in for assorted munchinks a cruller, but they had only 3 types of munchinks and no crullers. (I was just at the Fort Myers shop and they had about 6 types) So I got an “apple fritter” which was a plain misshapen donut filled with pie filling?!I don’t understand the hype. Is America really running on this overly-sweet pretend donut store?
I enjoy going for my daily cup of coffee. Service is always friendly and helpful. My coworkers and I, make it a point to drop in daily as we enjoy the atmosphere, I recommend if you work near by drop in and say hi!

They ran out of lettuce. How does a Subway run out of lettuce??! I should have been informed before I placed an order, not after the bread and cheese of my choice had just come out of the oven. Poor form!
The new caramel chocolate is a new favorite to add as a swirl. I go unsweetened flavors of toasted almond and coconut with the chocolate caramel sweetened syrup and 2 creams for a large iced or xl hot.
My go to place 4 days a week. The people are great and always take good care of me. Harry makes the best coffee and the lady's are hustling to get your orders out!
