I work for Amazon and visit the Dunkin' Donuts down the road every morning before my shift. However, whenever I have to go to this particular location, it tends to ruin my entire day. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, they are quite incompetent. I always order a toasted English muffin and add a Beyond sausage because I can't eat cheese or egg. Every other Dunkin' has managed to accommodate my request correctly, but this location seems unable to do so. The Beyond sausage option automatically includes egg and cheese, which I can’t have, so I specifically ask for my order to be made without those items. Sadly, this is the only Dunkin' where my order has never been prepared as requested....

Generally, the service is quick and friendly, although you might experience longer wait times due to occasional understaffing. To avoid delays, mobile ordering is recommended. This DD is the best! I’ve been a customer at this location for 7 years now. My job is located right near this place and I come here almost everyday to get coffee for my coworkers and I. The staff here are my favorite and are so nice and generous. I enjoy coming here almost everyday to enjoy their amazing coffees and drinks!
The hot coffee was served at the right temperature, and my order was accurate. They even provided me with an iced decaf coffee with almond milk for just $2, even though I had only ordered regular coffee. The regular coffee, however, was cold. Thank you!

The restaurant is easily accessible, and the staff is very friendly. It was quite busy during my visit, so I had to wait a little while for my cake. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.
We waited at 100°C for 20 minutes, and I would do it all over again. The ice cream is the best I've ever had. The staff is always friendly. It's a must-visit if you're a fan of Baskin-Robbins!
The daytime staff at this restaurant, particularly Teresa, is outstanding. On the other hand, the woman who works in the evening isn't very friendly.

I'm excited to see another Dunkin' opening next to the Bethpage Business Center. The staff there are great, but the owner can be a bit rude.
I really enjoy this place. The coffee is outstanding and served in a large cup, ideal for energizing me.
