I have been a regular customer at your Dunkin' for the past three years, visiting almost every morning. However, I have concerns regarding a manager named Mohsin. He often appears disorganized and unkempt, and his personal hygiene is quite poor, making it difficult for me to place my order comfortably. Additionally, he seems to struggle with understanding English; I often have to repeat my order multiple times before he comprehends what I want.

This store is ran by a bunch teenagers who are too cool to work the cash register. You’d come in and wait 5-10 minutes before being attended to because one of the cool guys in the back has to finish recording his TikToks. At least once one of their friends swings by, they begin coherently work chatting for a few moments, then it’s back to trying to be a social media star again. Please go to another Dunkin’ Donuts if you value your time or want your order done right.
I went to this store early around 6am. Parked, I could see 2 employees in the back from the side window. After entering I waited almost 5 minutes before leaving in frustration. It's worth noting that one of them noticed me leave and did nothing. I went somewhere else.
I ordered four servings of hashbrowns, and despite there being no line, I waited over ten minutes only to receive one serving. They claimed I didn't order four. This was my first visit to this Dunkin', and I will not be returning. The customer service was terrible.

No drive-thru, although there seems to be a drive-thru window on the side of the building. The cashier was nice but understaffed. One of the workers was pretty unfriendly and didn't seem to care much about customer service.
This particular branch of Dunkin' Donuts is really really terrible.. I understand it's Dunkin' Donuts but they almost always get my order wrong in some way and the store is never ever clean..
This place is the worst manager is nasty and very unprofessional. The wait to get your order is unreal. I recommend that you go elsewhere.
