I had the worst experience ever at this coffee shop! I visited and couldn't stay long because their heating system was broken. I've had a similarly frustrating experience in the summer when their central AC wasn't functioning. I have to say, their management is lacking! I really feel for the employees who are working hard in such conditions. On my last visit, I also noticed that they placed their garbage cans in the front parking lot, which is simply unacceptable. It looks unhealthy and unhygienic! The management needs to take immediate action to address these issues!
