I was disappointed with my recent experience at the restaurant. They were out of green tea, which meant they couldn't prepare any specialty drinks. I'm not sure if this was due to their impending closing time, as it was only an hour until they shut down. At 5:20, a staff member approached us and informed us that they were getting ready to close, asking us to leave even though we still had 40 minutes left before closing time. We were nearly finished and intended to leave within about five minutes, but the employee insisted we leave right away. There was no need for this, as we were being quiet— I was just wrapping up an email on my phone and my son was quietly playing a game on his.
Worst service ever! So I wanted a large iced coffe and the liquid sugar on side so I can make it sweet, how I want.. I don’t like the fake sugar he kept trying to make me use or regular sugar.. which anyone with a right mind know regular granulated sugar is so hard to break down in a cold drink!! That’s why they have liquid sugar for the iced coffee!! I used to run Dunkin’ Donuts in Cincinnati.. and this is just crazy.. why am I not allowed to have sugar on the side?
I encountered an incredibly rude person at the drive-thru! Not only did he get my order wrong, but he actually put his hand in the bag and attempted to give me the same one! He has consistently treated me poorly and always rushes me when I'm placing my order. This is hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant! Save your money and head to the Dunkin' down the street instead!
This Dunkin consistently fails my families expectations. Although the food and drink are above average, the service is seldom provided with a smile. Also, the inside tables are seldom clean. At our recent visit, we asked twice for a cloth to clean the tabletops where we were sitting and were ignored. This was my last visit to this business.

The staff who work here are PHENOMENAL! They know their customers and work hard. This is my favorite Dunkin because they always serve the food how it’s supposed to but the staff here know who you are, your order and work very hard for a good customer service! I appreciate them very much!
I have spent a lot of money at this location. I loved their coffee and the food was always fresh. The one time I ask them to remake an ice coffee because it tasted terrible I get a rude response and the drink still wasn't made correctly after. I wont be coming back unfortunately.
I ordered coffee and had a donut, and it was a delightful experience. Life feels good! As for vegetarian options, there are plenty available, and most of them can be customized to meet your needs.
This location is Horrible!! Avoid it at all costs! They don't make anything correct, and the customer service is horrendous. Stay Away!

there was hair and dirt all in my pink donuts, when we asked for new ones we were given ones with hair on them still.
Best chain restaurant coffee in town...period!
