My coffee is fine. But more than once I’ve gotten loads of attitude from the staff. The young girls working there will snap at the customer and talk to you like you’re annoying or bothering them. This morning my bf went in to pickup our online order, his coffee was ready and they were still making mine. They set my coffee down on the counter and my bf said ‘I think that’s mine’ and the girl snapped back with ‘no’ he stated again that he thinks that’s his and she snapped back with ‘it’s an order for Mike’ and he replied ‘I am Mike’ and she goes ‘well take it then’. It is barely 9am, you can not be working with coffee in the morning and shoot tons of attitude towards your customers. Absolutely...
I stopped by this Dunkin earlier today before I went to work and my coffee was received was not fresh and tasted like burnt coffee and there was only cream and sugar in my coffee none of the flavorings I ordered I got the hazelnut heartthrob) their new coffee. It had no flavor in it and my partners coffee only had 1 flavoring it in not the two he ordered. I absolutely love this Dunkin when a certain team is on but the one that was on today was so rude the guy with the longer hair threw the coffees at us so rudely and the girl that was with him threw my donut in the bag and gave me the dirtiest look such a shame they need a new team
2 ladies that made my coffee horrible! We paid for a good coffee! I come into this DD all the time on 3rd shift. And early this morning around 1 20 am my coffee was not fresh and it was so damn strong. I am not happy! I can’t not wait for this young lady who always makes my coffee come back. She has the colorful hair on 3rd shift never knew her name but she always make my coffee good and fresh. If she not there I am not going there ever!
