Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I asked for a large iced coffee with light ice and they gave me more ice than liquid, so when I asked them to fix it, they dumped half the ice and liquid out and I was left with barely a few sips of liquid. The employee wasn’t very nice. This was about 20 minutes ago this morning and I am disgusted with the way they decided to do things this morning. As an overpriced establishment, I expect better. That will probably be my last time at this location.

I am giving this Dunkin’ Donuts a low star rating due to the drive-through lady I have just went through the drive-through. The lady did not tell me how much I/O owed she did not say hello she did not give me a receipt. She did not confirm my order she did not say have a good day, and all she did not say one word, and I don’t even know if I paid for my order if you’re going to Work-drive Thru, you need to communicate with your customers.

If you’re going to install an order screen in-store you need to train your staff how to use it and fulfill the orders that come in on it. And this isn’t limited to this location it’s a problem everywhere.Avoid this place in the morning, Dunkin’s are already an AM war zone and pair that with Courtenay pwky traffic and it’s basically gambling your life.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel with hashbrowns and an ice coffee. Not a burnt to a crisp bagel that I could not eat, I was unable to bring it back because I had an appointment in Daytona, so was in a hurry. Reserva una mesa ahora

Regular coffee was weak. The midnight brew was much stronger but a bit bitter and burnt tasting. I did not try the donuts here or any other

I ordered a dozen donuts thru Uber Eats, paid $27, and only received TEN donuts!!
