Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

More often than not, I receive my coffee with sugar even when I don't request it. I prefer my coffee without sugar and it's frustrating that this keeps happening, especially since I use the app to customize my order. When I went to the restaurant to speak to the manager about the issue, they became defensive and suggested I should have contacted them first before approaching them in person. This is not ideal for me as I often order in a rush before work and don't have the chance to taste the coffee until later. It's disappointing that my simple request for no sugar in my coffee was met with such a negative response from the manager.

I had the best experience at this restaurant with fast and friendly service. However, I was disappointed to find out that they no longer have hazelnut coffee. I will not be returning to Dunkin' Donuts until they bring back the hazelnut swirl. The location has recently been updated and the lobby is very pleasant.

Unfortunately, it is a place that constantly changes employees. it must be for something and this should not reflect in the quality of the products, in my last three visits the coffee shop tastes more like milk than coffee, or they have changed the quality of the coffee or the employees are badly trained.

When I asked for a hot decaf coffee, the waiter smiled and told me they only served it cold. Trying to convince me to drink regular coffee instead is not the same thing, so I decided to leave because I don't enjoy regular coffee. This was my first and last time visiting this restaurant. This Dunkin’ is really well managed. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly. Seems like there’s less turnover here than most other fast food locations, I always see the same people working. Very well run and love getting my coffee here!

This restaurant can get crowded, but the staff does a great job of keeping the line moving. I appreciate that they consistently get my coffee order right. Keep up the good work!

Dunkin' us consistent and the staff is ready. At busy time: you might wait minutes; but it's worth it! !
