Dear DunkinI am writing to share my feedback and review regarding my recent experience as a customer of your company. I believe that constructive feedback can help businesses improve and provide better services to their customers.I been coming here for very long time now I stop coming because person in counter on her phone texting I had get her attention for her is acknowledging me manager doesn’t say anything and had a attitude like she didn’t want to be there please bring in friendly people I come here to enjoy a coffee or a drink not to feel less of a costumer.Months back had a lady there Maria very friendly you guys need to appreciate good help

I loves me my Dunkin' !!! This place is convenient to a route I take and even if I don't order in advance, the orders come up very quickly. I'll submit it in the parking lot and by the time I turn off the car, get out and walk in, it's ready.I would love to tell you how the people are there, but I'm horrible. I walk in, grab the order yell thank you and run out. No drive thru here but it really is just as fast. And everyone needs a couple extra steps in their day.My go-to is a blueberry cake donut and the wake up wraps. I tried the berry flavor of their energy drink, but I'm not a fan. I'll stick to my hot coffee.

Asian women is very angry, every time when she services me I have a headache.

Very rude service. They speak bad word thinking. Customer does not understand
