Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

I went to Dunkin this morning and was yelled at over and over again by three employees. I had a coupon for free medium hot or iced coffee. On the back of the coupon it says that espresso drinks, milk alternatives, flavors and espresso shots may be an additional charge. I ordered an americano and was prepared to pay the $1 difference. However, the employees just key yelling no through the drive thru window and wouldn't even let me speak to explain what the back said. This went on for over a minute before I just gave up. I have never been treated that way at any business, anywhere. I still cannot believe that is how they treat customers. Service: Take out Service: 1
