Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

The night time guy who worked on February 3rd Saturday night ,wouldn 't give a truck driver a simple black coffee . Why ? Because his truck wouldn 't fit through the drive through. A real shining example of Chicago this one was . Primo ??Looking at the rest of the reviews,I 'm seeing a trend here at this location,..they only hire pendejos . Almost every review is dissatisfied. Hey Dunkin ,... How about you diversify your employment with non pendejos to keep your clientele?

Very Disappointed and upsetting ?... Because No reason to open the door enter I can't go in... cuz he's telling me can't open only drive- thru... I told him I can't talk in drive thru.. and couldn't understand what you said on speaker I'm hearing impared and I can hear but problem hearing on speaker?.. he's so rude .. no respect for me doing nothing... I walk away and upset.. I'm not coming back in early morning no more ?

There was no car in Line behind us no customers in store me an my husband the only one an because they didn’t hear him in drive thru say he wanted cold foam on top when my husband told them at window the rude older man got real ignorant with my husband how dare him just because he asked for cold foam I definitely won’t be returning to this Dunkin that I have come to daily for the last 10yrs

I ordered my two drinks I paid and they disappeared with my card and phone. Then they came back and the order was completely wrong. I said just return it. They said no they didn’t know how to do it. They said call the manager. I tried they don’t answer their phone. Brware Reserva una mesa ahora

The muffin cake at 8:00 am and very solid , 2:39 for nothing . You have to microwave to eat . Also the washroom is not appropriate for animals.last time to shop at this location , go back to Starbucks . Big big big different , you pay for what you get .

This dad will charge you xtra money even if you have the app. If the coffee is $2 in the app they charge you $4 the girls always argue with you at the window they don't give out napkins very very bad service I'm not going back.

They should close this place or hire new employees this place is horrible the employees are pathetic they serve you with a bad face they sell cold coffee from 1 to 10 I give it 1 minus 0

This Dunkin location consistently makes excellent cold brew drinks. Not over filled with ice like other locations) and an ample amount of foam. Reserva una mesa ahora

The coffee at this location is watered down.. it tastes like hot water. Maybe they use less coffee to save money? It’s really bad.
