Got egg bites which was fine, ordered a heated blueberry muffin with melted butter, when I took the muffin out the bag I know it looked weird but bit it and it wasn?t as soft as usual. Shared it with my baby and picked a piece with blueberries in it took abite and spit it out! The muffin was old, the blueberries tasted bitter as if the muffin had went bad. They barely speak Englishthere and when you express your grievances they seem to have an attitude so there was no point in returning to discuss thisissue I just won?t go back.
the most inconsistent Dunkin’ donuts in Georgia. the people will spend this extra money at dieucks so that their coffee will look exactly the same day. but not dd. sad, the service has gone on and on in the last few years, before covid. Since they opened, they went to the place, and constantly new faces. I don't know, don't work there, but it's probably lack of training. that is what the same inconvenience, they train properly everyone should do the same, no?
What's not to like, they have coffee and icecream. The staff are friendly and everything has been good over the last 3 years I've been going to this place. I like going to the tucker Duncan better than the place down the road with star in the name.
The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. I noticed that the person cleaning the restrooms was wearing gloves. The lobby and parking lot were also very clean. Overall, I would give them a score of 100%. Great job!

Why is the Expresso machine when I order my caramel latte after 9:00, clean and can't make my latte? When the place is closed at 10 a.m., the machine should not have been clean before that time.
I ordered a Frappuccino, but it came without the whipped cream. When I asked the manager for some, he told me it would cost an extra 54 cents, which didn't make sense to me.
an absolutely brilliant experience. even if the new type of training could not speak much English, everything I had ordered was right. very friendly and helpful staff
Service was good. The place was clean. It's a little expensive but if you like Dunkin than that's your spot. Ample parking.

The drive thru service was quick and service was excellent. I'll be going there again today for my hot caramel macchiato.
