Yesterday we went through drive thru at 7:00pm (they close at 8) I had asked the lady for a min while I looked at the menu we weren't sure what we wanted, after about 1 min a guy said have a goodnight I said I'm sorry we haven't ordered he then againsaid have a good night, we drove up and asked him what was wrong, he said we were taking to long to order and that we needed toleave because they were going to close, I said there is still 1hr he refused to take our order and was so rude, I belive theguys name is gibbs or something like that. The omelet bites here are my go to, they 're soooooo good. Even the egg white veggie (which I was HIGHLY skeptical of because I think egg whites are gross) tasted yummy and I actually order them more than the cheddar bacon. Also, shout out to the gal whotoasts these she always puts a nice toasty/baked 'sear ' on the outside better than other DD 's I 've been to. Sometimts otherplaces don 't heat it long enough and it 's still cold inside.
The iced coffee options are fantastic, the variety of donuts is always a plus, and the staff was great. It's hard to imagine many adults getting through the day without their coffee, but it's a great addiction to have. Stop by, say hi, and grab your favorite donuts or coffee - you can't go wrong. It's a great way to start your day.
Please train your staff to use an ice scoop, not scoop with the actual cup, that's been touched with bare hands, and not to touch the rim of the cup when stirring a full cup.. the gentleman then proceeded to wipe his fingers dry at the back of his pants, just lovely.. thank you!

I had an appointment in the same building and had was early so I thought I would just park and go in to have a cup of coffee and there inside was closed my appointment was at 12pm. I was and it was 11.30am. I hear it's like that a lot.
The staff appear to be unhappy, which is disappointing. Every time I, for some reason unknown to me, order their breakfast sandwich, I am surprised by how little flavor it has. How is it possible to make bacon taste so bland?!
The restaurant's lobby was closed, so I had to enter through another entrance. The service was slow, possibly due to the large number of customers they had to attend to. Waiting for a table was not worth it in my opinion.

I was disappointed with my breakfast sandwich as the croissant was burnt and the hashbrowns were soggy and cold. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive a refund because I did not receive a receipt in the drive-thru.
the employees hate their job and don't care about them either. try one of the local caffes such as coffee trader or blue corn.
