The female staff at Dunkin', both younger and older, seem to have trouble with customizing sugar and cream levels. I visit every morning and always receive the wrong order. The coffee cups are very flimsy, which makes spilling hot coffee a real risk. When I asked for an extra cup, they spoke in their language and then told me I had to pay for it. Since when do coffee shops charge for an empty cup? It's ridiculous, and this will likely be my last visit. The donuts are consistently stale and never fresh.
This is the first review I've ever written for a restaurant in 15 years of having a phone. I waited for 15 minutes inside while the staff focused on drive-thru orders and completely ignored me. Eventually, I decided to leave without anything. This is definitely the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited.
Their coffee is consistently disappointing—either overloaded with cream or sugar, or completely bland. I've wasted a lot of money returning, hoping it was just a bad batch or the person making it, but I’ve never had a good coffee at this location. I definitely don’t recommend it.
The location is very clean and convenient for a quick stop. The customer service is exceptional—two ladies from India were incredibly friendly and attentive. They truly care about their customers. Highly recommend! P.S. I lost the receipt with their names.

The woman working there was rude, unprofessional, and seemed to lack basic customer service skills. Immediate attention to this issue is needed.
