Having been a lifelong fan of Dunkin, I was thrilled when a new store opened nearby. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment after multiple visits. Each time I went, they were either out of items I wanted, the drive-thru menu was incorrect, or my order was completely wrong. The final straw came when I ordered a large iced vanilla cold foam only to receive what tasted like iced tea instead. I will not be returning to this location. I refuse to waste my hard-earned money at a place that clearly lacks care. Thankfully, Dutch Bros has now opened and I will be taking my business there instead. Dunkin, take note - your customers are leaving because of experiences like mine.
The staff at this restaurant is fantastic. The doughnuts are delicious and the prices are very reasonable. I would suggest this place to everyone. Thank you, Terry! Service is great for take-out. The average price per person is between $10 and $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all get a perfect score of 5. Highly recommended dishes include the Breakfast Sandwich, Croissant, Doughnut, Chocolate Frosted Cinnamon Roll, and Bagels.
I was extremely disappointed with the donuts and service at this restaurant. The donuts were stale and there were very limited options available. Even Walmart has better donuts than this place. The meal type is listed as "Other" and the price per person is between $1 and $10. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a 1 out of 5. The only recommended dish would be the doughnut.
As a truck driver, I am unable to utilize the drive-thru service at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I also cannot access the lobby, as it is consistently closed. This ongoing issue is frustrating for customers like myself who do not require the drive-thru and would like to use the lobby instead. It is important to consider the needs of all customers, not just those using the drive-thru.
