Always a great experience! I’m a very regular customer of DD, and this First Ave location is by far my favorite. They get everything right and perfect every time, and they know what I want as soon as they see it’s me. Best tasting cold brew, and I’m very picky and specific with how I like it. They often throw me a free old fashioned donut when I order one too, I guess to show their appreciation for my continued business. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
The workers need to be more careful when someone orders DECAF. People order decaf for a lot of reasons, the main one is allergies! Im allergic to caffeine and I asked for decaf, I did NOT get decaf. Have your workers take a moment to double check that it’s decaf or not, I promise the little time that takes is not worth someone’s life.
Today's Dunkin Donut's aren't like yester-years Dunkin. I purchased the creme filled donut with expectations of fresh powdered sugar goodness only to get a donut that looked and tasted like day old donut.Things sure have changed in the present time. I sure miss the old days Dunkin!

They don't carry all the BR ice cream flavors, so my favorite can only be bought as a take home container. Both times I went, it was sold out. My wife enjoyed hers while I got nothing. But thanks, it helps my waist line. Lol
