The coffee and donuts at this Dunkin are great, but I have a problem with the hiring process. I worked there for 4 hours on a training basis and was told I would be informed if I was hired the following week. However, I never received an answer. After my mother spoke to the owner about the unprofessionalism of not informing me, I realized that the setting process was lacking. The manager is nice, but one crew member, a lady, was very rude to me from day one. She would often criticize me for being slow or making mistakes. Additionally, I was not compensated for my work. I would consider returning as a customer, but not as a crew member.
Ordered on the app at 10:33pm and was told that they don't serve hot foods anymore after 10:30pm but was still charged for it anyways when I looked back on my receipt. Went back at 10:50pm (since they close at 11pm) to resolve this issue, they were closed. Make sure to check your receipt before you leave, some places will do anything for a buck. What an unfortunate experience.
Horrible customer service. Morning lines are terrible, seems they do not have enough staff. The staff they have look stressed and are unfriendly. Just now I was waited on someone who was on her cell the whole time.
This spot is worth a try. They have big portions for convenient rates. Constantly well kept and with fantastic atmosphere. Would recommend to others.

There was so much sugar in my drink it was disgusting. It was caked all on the bottom and still tasted way too sweet
My only complaint is that the area outside the restaurant is dirty. Once inside, you'll see a beautiful dining area.
The Dunkin Donuts at this location serves some of the most delicious Dunkin Donuts coffee you can find.
This place is awesome! Good pricing, considerable dishes and the staff are always super nice.
