I used to frequent this place in the am on my way to work. Today (March 2022) the DD app was showing a technical glitch upon payment. I went into the store anyway naively thinking it was something I could fix inside. Perhaps showing the person at the desk and getting help in order to make my purchase. Needless to say the person at the counter was impatient and rude right off the bat. He had zero interest in being helpful and instead flatly asked whether I had money in the account, even though he saw the message on my app about a technical issue I suspected he was the manager, and I confirmed by asking him. Ordered on the app at 10:33pm and was told that they don't serve hot foods anymore after 10:30pm but was still charged for it anyways when I looked back on my receipt. Went back at 10:50pm (since they close at 11pm) to resolve this issue, they were closed. Make sure to check your receipt before you leave, some places will do anything for a buck. What an unfortunate experience.

Horrible customer service. Morning lines are terrible, seems they do not have enough staff. The staff they have look stressed and are unfriendly. Just now I was waited on someone who was on her cell the whole time.

There was so much sugar in my drink it was disgusting. It was caked all on the bottom and still tasted way too sweet

good, fast, reasonable price. Parking is convenient, but can be busy on the corner with the traffic.

The coffee tasted like iced tea and was terrible. The bagel was undercooked.
