Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I live in this area and I consider myself a often customer of this location. This is not the first time but today I said no more. I went to get my daily coffee at 5:02 in the morning and the staff (2 ladies) was not welcoming or nice. I said good morning and the answer was you have to wait for me to open the register. the service is horrible at least early in the morning when they open. I don't know what is the ir problem, is like they dont want to be there. At least smile. I'm not trying to get something out of this, but this is not the first time. Not coming back.

Dean was sooo helpful and well spoken. Never seen someone with such a great personality and a peopls person for sure. I even thought he was the manager lol. However it'll be nice to give him a chance to at least be an assistant manager he deserves it. Thanks again Dean i don't even live in Miami lol but I'll be coming here almost every Friday from west palm beach to grab coffee before i go to my gig. Thanks again.

They take forever to serve an ice caramel coffee … after waiting for 20min I had to ask for a refund … I was the 5th person with the same issue, there is no order, organization at all, just go to other “DD” or Starbucks ! Do not come here!

I’m frequent at all the area Dunkin’s and use mobile ordering. I’ve had the most problems with orders from this store. They have consistently un-friendly staffers who would probably be kinder if they had more staff to support them. Reserva una mesa ahora

Worst customer service the boy at the front desk super rude with a nasty attitude and i saw comments and a lot People have the same experience manager must be the same because these keep happening that why is always empty!!

Very nice and quick service. They forgot to put cold foam on my drink, but quickly put it on there for me. Coffee tasted great. Parking: Most parking spots are taken, might have to circle around to find a spot.

Extremely unwelcoming employees. It's seems that if you are not from a certain ethnic origin?? , one is not suitable in this establishment. No acknowledgement at all. One can sense the resentment. SHAMEFUL!

Dominican girl very rude same as the team they don’t have care to talk to customers but that girl is very nasty …..you should give customer service Reserva una mesa ahora
