Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

I asked for an ice water after being lied to this morning about refill I understand if people don't know the rules but then this arrogant girl tells me um no u have to pay an proceed to give me an attitude wh3n I pull up to the window. Was it because I had to make your friends who were hanging out at the drive thru window with out a car move then you have the nerve to give me an ice water with 90 %ice in it are you that petty!!!

I am a frequent customer of the Hazlet NJ Dunkin on route 36. I am a decaf coffee drinker. 9 out of 10 times, my coffee is either not fresh or on the verge of being not fresh. I ask every time I pull up to order if the Decaf is fresh, only to be assured that it is, it isn’t . The fact that a med coffee with Oatmilk and caramel is upwards of $2.78 .

Limited seating. Very drive through focused...but it is Dunkin after all. The only drawback would be be very specific when ordering a dozen donuts. When I drive through and explain that the donuts are for children; please make them colorful and with sprinkles...I usually get plain or crullers...not big hits with 5 year olds

I ordered Donut, coffee and hasbrown, however the donut was not that great as compare to other DD, might be not cooked properly or something, i dont know but it was different, DD is my fav but here nehh. I hope someone check quality here

The morning drive thru employees are always friendly and the service is fast.
