I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the extremely unprofessional service. Today, I went in to place my usual order and redeem my free drink offer. I've been consistently spending money to earn points on their app, looking forward to using them for complimentary drinks. However, when I placed my order, they refused to let me use both of my free drinks and told me I would have to return the next day. There is no indication of this policy in the app, and other locations have allowed me to redeem my rewards without any problems. Additionally, the staff member I dealt with was quite rude. If I could give them zero stars, I would rate them 0 out of 5.
I visited the restaurant on a weekday at around 11:30 am to purchase six donuts, but to my disappointment, they were nearly out of everything. The staff member seemed frustrated that they didn’t have the donuts I wanted. When I got home and shared them with my family, we found that the donuts were stale— not just a little, but significantly stale, as if they were two days old. The frosting was even falling off the donuts. I was really let down and believe I deserve a refund. I won't be going back to this restaurant, and I suggest you steer clear of it too.
Horrible customer service lies about the latte machine being down i had ordered my free beverage greeted with attitude i spend alot at dd told only hot or iced coffe thats it went in the back to make my coffee and after 4 minutes another employee brought my cup out very bad attitude and super petty cheap last time i trued to get a cold brew with no ice i argued for 5 minutes about the fact i cant order my cold Brew without ice people arent d and this only frustrates customer's pay good money for a coffee to be greeted with attitude go somewhere else
We recently picked up a dozen donuts from this place, and our experience was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and seemed unenthusiastic when we inquired about the flavors. As we began to eat the donuts, we quickly realized they were not fresh and tasted somewhat stale, as if they had been made several hours earlier. It felt like they were just trying to sell off old donuts. Overall, the service did not meet our expectations.

This morning, I stopped by the Dunkin' Donuts location at Busse Road and Mark Street in Bensenville to grab my coffee. I noticed that the employee taking my order was not wearing shoes. Additionally, after she finished taking my order, she did not clean the area. I've included a photo for reference.
Stopped by for a quick coffee and cinnamon raisin bagel. Coffee was good, but the bagel was more like a pretzel or a doggie biscuit. It was way too thin and was obviously missing something. It was disgusting tasting and very strange but they had no problem selling it to me.
Normally good service. They made a mistake on my order today and I noticed after I payed. The manager straight out said I placed my order wrong and stated that I already pay. Wouldn’t correct my order .
The service was disappointing. The staff often couldn't hear us due to the malfunctioning speakers, which led to incorrect orders being delivered. Additionally, their demeanor was not very pleasant.

The donuts and muffin I had were stale. It would be better to simply say you’re out of stock rather than sell old food. I won’t be coming back to this location.
