After waiting an additional eight minutes, I tried to get the attention of one of the women working on food by saying, "Excuse me, can I get some help?" several times. Eventually, she acknowledged me. I mentioned that I just needed my bagel and cream cheese. Instead of helping, she had a dismissive attitude and simply tossed my bag onto the counter. When I got home and opened the bag, I found a completely burnt bagel. The cream cheese I ordered was supposed to be Garden Veggie, but I received just plain cream cheese instead. I visited this restaurant twice with prepaid mobile orders, and both times my orders were not ready despite placing them 15 minutes in advance. Additionally, there were some rude customers present, which detracted from the experience, even though the staff seemed to be focused on their own issues. I don't plan to return. I would advise avoiding this place; there were only three customers inside, yet there were about seven workers on duty. We waited a long time for a jelly donut for my mother-in-law, who is battling cancer.

I’ve been driving for 8 minutes, and I have to say, this place is terrible! I’m stuck in traffic with cars backed up behind me. This has happened several times recently, and I’m definitely in search of a new, reliable coffee stop. The management here is clearly lacking—what a disappointment!

The outside loudspeaker was broken, next to the very slow service. We waited 30 minutes behind 4 cars. Apart from that, the server was very nice.
