shown on 0601 and was the second vehicle in line. a worker came in 15 minutes late and both workers were hard incapable. for every customer no food or drink was produced for 25 minutes. coworkers didn't know that their menu and I didn't come into the window until 0625. When I arrived at the window, the coffees did not even begin. Actually, the teamworkers asked me 3 different times for an alternative order, as they were not aware that there were no stocks. at this point I wanted to go as it was 0635 and I was charged for something they didn't have. sat in line for 35 minutes and went with nothing than the 2nd vehicle in line. miserable experience. poor management.

My last visit was even worse—my donuts weren't fresh, and the quality of the coffee was so poor that no amount of cream or sugar could salvage it. My sandwich was poorly wrapped, and the hash browns were cold again. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere, even if it means going to a fast food place that actually knows how to serve decent ice cream. I can no longer tolerate the terrible taste and dissatisfaction I’ve encountered at this Dunkin' Donuts, and I will definitely be spreading the word about the bad service and food quality here.

I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin'. Whenever I request extra of something, I seem to get less instead. If I order a hot latte, they consistently give me an iced one. The paprika machine is frequently out of order. The line is always extremely long, making it frustrating to not receive what I was hoping for after the wait. I only stop here because it’s the only one on my morning commute, but if there’s another location nearby, I would recommend going there instead.

There's a delightful variety of fresh donuts available every morning. The drive-thru is open from 8:30 to 9:00 AM. Please note that they do not accept payments through the Dunkin app.

Very slow. This is by far the worst Dunkin donut location I’ve ever seen. They take 10 mins in every car.
