This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. Don’t waste your money here—go to the other location where customers are treated with respect. I ordered a bagel without toasting and butter on the side, but they got it wrong, forcing me to drive all the way back. They even made me prove my purchase despite me holding the bagel. Instead of correcting the mistake, the employee mocked me, microwaved my bagel, and gave it back with a smug attitude. The bagel became so hard from heating that I couldn’t even take a bite. The staff was rude, condescending, and totally unprofessional. Since it’s a family-run business, I doubt anything will be done, so I strongly recommend avoiding this place....
This Dunkin' location is close to my home, but unfortunately, it’s quite disappointing. I gave it another try this morning since I was in a rush, but the slow service stood out compared to other Dunkin' spots. I ordered a hot chocolate that tasted like watered-down dish soap with a hint of chocolate. It was so bad that I discarded it after just two sips. I truly hope someone capable takes charge and improves this place. I’m surprised Dunkin' Corporate lets such a poorly managed store keep running.
The hostess took a long time to inform me of the prices for the iced coffee. Additionally, it took her an unusually long time to make the drink, even though it only required four ingredients: coffee, ice, cream, and Sweet 'n Low. When I asked about the balance on my debit card, she only told me the points I had earned, not the actual balance. I should add that I wasn’t wearing my glasses, so reading the receipt was difficult for me.
This is a very nice Dunkin'. The staff is caring and polite. My co-worker made a huge coffee spill and they were kind and understanding. That made me feel the human kind is not lost yet. Thank you. Service: Dine in Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The staff was very friendly. Although another customer gave me an unfriendly glare when I inquired about the ladies' room, I still thoroughly enjoyed their summer drink menu, especially the delicious mango drink I tried.
I’m not sure why I keep coming here. The service is always poor, no matter who’s helping you. Plus, the drinks never turn out the way you order. The Dunkin' at 704 Kennedy Blvd in Union City is way better.
The staff was friendly. When I asked for the ladies' room, I didn’t get any help, just unpleasant looks from other customers. I really enjoy their summer drink options—I tried a mango drink and loved it.
