My adult daughter and I have been meeting at Dunkin' on Wednesday mornings for over a year to catch up over coffee and snacks. On 2/28/24 at 10 AM, we were the only customers in the lobby when we arrived. As soon as we sat down, the staff played music so loudly that we couldn't have a conversation. We asked them to turn it down, and they said they would, but never did. Since there were no other customers inside, the loud music seemed to be for the staff's benefit. We told them we would have to leave if it wasn't lowered, yet they still didn't adjust the volume. Frustrated, we left and ate in the car instead. It was disappointing to spend $16 and not be able to talk comfortably.
Everytime I go in its always clean,the service is quick,even if you take along time to decide they help by describing what kind of food it is before you order,smiles I see smiles all the time on their faces! It seems like this place got better since new management came along. I will Definitely come back!Parking: The parking lot is shared with other businesses around.
Service is up and down. Have had excellent service, but have also had very poor service. The food taste is consistent, but have had a handful of times that the order is wrong. The iced coffee drinks are very inconsistent. Sometimes they are sweet and flavorful, other times they are bitter and you can barely taste the flavor you chose.
During the busy morning hours, I placed a mobile order. Sometimes, the charging stations can be crowded, and there are occasions when the storage area experiences electrical problems. However, the restaurant overall maintains a clean atmosphere and offers prompt service.

Avoid this place in the morning if you're in a hurry! It took me 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru when it wasn't busy, and there were only two cars ahead of me while the lobby was empty. They really need more training, as they seem a bit disorganized.
During the morning rush, I prefer using mobile ordering. The store can get crowded at times, and occasionally there are electricity issues. Overall, the store is clean and service is quick.
Dunkin' is always a dependable spot offering great quality food and drinks. Their menu has a variety of options that never disappoint.
The GM here has made an overturn of the store. She's always so friendly and her staff is kind.

New owners same problems. No donuts at all at 11am. Worst donut shop of all time.
The donuts at dunkin are lacking. They are not frosted well and are dry.
