walked in 2 ladies sitting down where the customers should be sitting. already seemed annoying that they had to be doing their job.first i asked for decaf espresso and i went up to double check i asked for decaf because it’s late. they both say “you didn’t say decaf.” with a rude attitude and i said “oh may i have decaf?” and they responded with “it’s already made but alright” i work in the food industry and i know when a request is annoying and out of line but they were plain disrespectful! hire some good people that don’t hate their job Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I took of 2 stars because the lady who was making food ready for the customer. She literally throws the food in the oven. She didn’t want to do the job but she was there just for her pay check. Eewwww.... she close the bread compartment with her foot. Me and my daughter was waiting for 25 mins to wait for our food and we saw all that happening. My daughter said to me when we came out mom i would never eat Dunkin’ Donuts again. And she gave me 3 hash brown on my order. How cheap.
This place was truly awful. The staff had a terrible attitude when they messed up my order, and when I pointed it out, they started yelling. They made my coffee incorrectly despite it being a very simple order, and acted as if I shouldn’t have said anything. The cashier seemed uninterested, unprofessional, and was overall rude. I definitely don’t recommend this location. There are many Dunkin’s in Long Island, but this one is just downright unpleasant.
I stopped by this Dunkin' to use the restroom and grab some food. When I asked to use the bathroom, a woman who appeared to be a manager came out from the back and rudely told me it was out of order. Keep in mind, I recently had spinal surgery and am wearing a surgical collar, so I'm in pain and hungry. I wasn’t in the mood to argue, so I left. I wasn’t going to buy food and then have to use a dirty bathroom.

My order was very simple, but the cashier seemed disinterested, unprofessional, and downright rude. I definitely do not recommend this location. There are many Dunkin' stores on Long Island, but this one is by far the worst.

Just went in for take out coffee. Really good smooth coffee. Friendly staff very inviting environment. Nice to hang out.

Cheaper than Starbucks. Their food doesn't taste as good. I do like their blueberry iced coffee with oat milk.
