Sunday morning july 2nd 8:30 am. I ordered a butter pecan swirl like the picture said. They had no whip cream or caramel or crunches on it. I asked them to correct it. They had to charge me extra,and said it was the signature one i wanted. I said the picture doesn't say that. So they gave me attitude. Charged me extra for the way its suppose to be made. The two lady were nasty and rude. So i treated them the same way. Why cant people just do the job the correct way. Its not rocket science people. Customers are the reason you have a job. Without us you wont have a paycheck. Can you figure out what that last sentence means? Or are you just that stupid!
Worst Dunkin? ever. The staff makes you repeat the order 3 times and somehow still manages to get it wrong. They are rude and just rush to throw orders out. The quality has really gone down and I noticed it?s under new management and that definitelyseems to be the issue. Luckily there are other locations close by. Never coming here again
Don’t waste your time or money here, service is horrible and the guy that works here is extremely rude. Came here for a milkshake and when I placed my order he did nothing but roll his eyes and slam everything around and complain it was too complicated. The milkshake was more milk then ice cream. This place has really gone down hill
Go to this store often and most of the time they scan my app and then tell me it's d online order or points only. That's not the case. I use my app at several stores and never have this problem.

They make a delicious frozen hot chocolate. Few dunkin donughts do. After approximately a dozen visits this particular one hasn't disappointed me yet.
Bathrooms so clean you could eat off the floors! If their bathroom is this unsanitary I can only imagine the food prep line.
The cold caramel macchiato was made perfect and was extremely delicious! The staff were very friendly and professional.
jayani is extremely rude. not only for me, but I see it with others, I often come here, but today was the last time.
