While the area behind the counter is clean and functional, the lobby where customers wait is in poor condition, with significant holes in the walls, dusty shelves, and cluttered boxes. Additionally, the parking situation requires some patience; you can either circle around or park in the small lot, but be mindful of the incoming traffic, as it moves quickly.
This DD gets your order right more often than other DD locations in NYC. You can pull alongside the buidling, or you can park in the tiny parking lot but if you do, mind the incomming traffic because they come in quick.
I tried the iced coffee at this restaurant in New York, and it was a disappointing experience. I requested an iced coffee with just a tiny bit of cream, but what I received was far from that. Normally, I just accept whatever I get and move on, but this tasted bland, so I kindly asked the barista for a little more coffee. Instead of helping, he aggressively dumped it down the sink, acting quite immature. Overall, I was really let down by this place. Definitely not coming back!
Wow the iced coffee was water with milk. I asked for a very tiny bit of cream and my iced coffee was basically white. I complained and the lady at the register fought back saying I was wrong. Dunkin Donuts you owe me 7 bucks.

This is a fantastic 24-hour coffee shop with a gas station right next door. It offers plenty of parking and is conveniently located at a major highway intersection.
