Whatever you do, don 't wish them a good morning when ya walk in the place... They hate that. They won 't ask you what you 'd like as you approach the counter, but instead, will actually make you feel as though you 're bothering them as you wonder if it 's actually ok to order something.Don 't expect a ' you 're welcome ' when you thank them for the excessively priced burnt hash browns and odd tasting tea, because they will just stare at you, seemingly cursing your very existence as you leave. Probably in the top 3 rudest establishments on Earth.Tea was hot, but again, tasted very odd...Monday morning, let 's get it goin '!
No matter what, avoid saying "good morning" when you enter—believe me, they don’t appreciate it. When you get to the counter, don’t expect them to ask for your order; instead, you’ll feel like you’re bothering them as you try to figure out if it’s okay to order. After thanking them for the overpriced, burnt hash browns and strangely flavored tea, don’t look for a friendly “You’re welcome!” They’ll just give you a cold stare, as if they’d rather you weren’t there. This might be one of the rudest places around. The tea was hot, but tasted off. Hopefully, the next visit will be better!
I would give the customer service a 5 out of 5, as the managers and staff are very friendly. However, the place can get busy and messy at times. There are frequently homeless individuals sitting at the tables. While I believe in treating everyone with kindness and respect, and I do respect the homeless, their presence can be uncomfortable, especially when you're trying to enjoy a coffee with your child.
The old man working there is super rude. He was short on change to give us so he shouted at my friend to ask me for change. I told him he doesn’t need to be rude about it and he said that’s his voice and was being sarcastic about it and refused to serve us.

Not satisfied. I requested butter on my bagel, but when I arrived at work, I discovered it had cream cheese instead. The receipt clearly stated butter. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location.
very bad customer service. the bank was super rude. I would not recommend going to this place. the man who works there must be fired because he loses the customers with his terrible attitude.
Getting dirty in there guys. The tables need to be bussed and maybe sweep the floor every so often!!Too many dogs inside. There is a side window where the dog people can order. Just sayn
