Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

I would give the customer service a 5 out of 5, as the managers and staff are very friendly. However, the place can get busy and messy at times. There are frequently homeless individuals sitting at the tables. While I believe in treating everyone with kindness and respect, and I do respect the homeless, their presence can be uncomfortable, especially when you're trying to enjoy a coffee with your child.

The coffee here is consistently burnt whenever I visit. My iced latte was spilled, and the avocado toast seems smaller than at other places I frequent. The staff appears to be unfriendly, and my order hasn’t been right either. I don’t think I’ll be returning, especially since there are many other Dunkin’ Donuts locations nearby that are better, as well as several friendly coffee shops in the area.

The coffee here is burned every time I come here. The iced latte is watered down. The avocado toast feels like it's a smaller portion than everywhere else I go. The guy seems annoyed making my order also. I don't think I'll come back since there are somany other Dunkin Donuts that are better nearby and there are plenty of other friendlier coffee shops nearby.

They are always out of everything. It?s literally a roulette if you get the correct order
