Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

I went there since she opened it was different I spent $10 there a day and today I went there 3 big coffees and one of them was really burned. I took it back and asked for a replacement, the manager and another employee told me I was lying. I drink coffee every day. It's not the first time and I usually say nothing, but I can't waste any more. Today was the last time I was back. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very rude.

Wanted a scoop of ice cream in a cup at 4:45 on a Wednesday. Was told they 're cleaning something so they couldn 't serve any. Seriously?!?!? Is not soft serve, there 's no machines involved. Is in a tub... A spoon/scoop is used. What could possibly be the reason?? I went out of my way for what? Sooooo disappointed with whatever idiot made that decision

abducted with a working behavior today at approx. 230 pm Ordnete Munchkins on App, but obviously just selects all sorted Munchkins. Our mistake, as we don't know. When we asked about all this, the worker took the box of 10 randomly and aggressively threw it like a NFL quarterback into a garbage can in obvious rage. No reason to act like that.

While I got coffee this morning, I noticed a sign with the hint? Face masks mandatory?, a customer in front of me, no face mask that slid open and the employee who served him said nothing! My self and another customer saw each other in unbelief. If you want? You have to enforce it!
