When I visit Duncan Garwood New Jersey I was discriminated against a certain worker by the name of Lauren Is very prejudice she looked at me asked me if I paid I told her yes and she turned around and asked the other staff member if I paid I felt offended being that I’m a black woman she thought I was lying There was no reason for you to turn around and ask a staff member if I paid when I just told you I did
I want to love it like other locations but I can't. Each time I come the service is slow, even when I do mobile orders. I've had to wait 10-15 minutes multiple times for a coffee, even when there's hardly anybody there. And the coffee always tastes off? The espresso drinks too. I give it two stars because the seating area is actually pretty nice and there are outlets available.
This dunkin is one if my favorites because the workers are always super nice. They're pretty good at handling busy hours, also. I've never waited a long time, even when they had a line. With that being said, I think they close kind of early. Like 630 or something. There is another Dunkin in the area and they close early, too.
This Dunkin' is one of my favorites because the staff is always really friendly. They manage busy times impressively, and I've never had to wait long, even when there's a line. I find the place to be clean, and their products are excellent. I especially enjoy their coffee. However, I think their prices are quite high. If it weren't for the cost, I would have given them 5 stars.
The service was extremely slow. I try giving this place another shot every few months, but it never improves. This is by far the slowest Dunkin' I've ever been to.
The employee was nice, but the coffee was horrible. Coffee is supposed to be roasted, not Pompeii-ed. It was so burnt that even sugar didn't make a difference.
This place doesn’t provide fresh donuts, and if you go in the evening, they often have very few or none available. They really need to improve. Reserva una mesa ahora
