Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I placed a mobile order at 7:46am, I walked in at 8:10am, 1st person in line, and I had to wait a good 5 mins before I was asked what I would like, I said I had a mobile order. they had no idea there was even a mobile order. asked what I had ordered. never looked up the order. I had 2 dozen donuts and a sandwich. she asked what donuts I wanted. I said it is in phone in my car. they said ok, would you just like a mix. I said yes just no nuts. they asked which sanwich? I told them and they said we are out of eggs. i said ok I will just take a refund. we dont know how to refund a mobile order. never asked if I wanted something else. I said so I am just out the money I spent on the sandwich. the...

It's a dq/baskin locationOrdered reg coffee, with cream and flavor.Also order late with almond milk.Both Coffee were way too sweet..Ordered Munchkins... only had 3 flavors available.They had almost nothing in stock.And the place didnt even have customers to be out of everything or not be able to make anything requested. Everything we tried to order they couldn't make bc lack of ingredients or another reason.As in .. milkshake, smoothie, avocado toast...which the toast initially they said they can make but then said they have already started cleaning and can no longer toast anything. But she suggested we go across to dairy queen if we were still wanting milkshakes.

terrible customer service. I stood there about 10 minutes and no one has greeted me or taken my order. I asked the woman if I could get ice cream and she said no. it was so unpleasant. So I was in the register and said ok I'm gonna get an ice cream. the woman never reacted and continued cleaning. I literally laughed out loud and went out empty. it has sucked because I have no baskin or dunkin’ near where I live, so I was excited to either get and I got no.

I use to Love the old location this place has really rude people lobby was open so I imagine it would be to every one she said only drive thru I have a big truck won't fit in drive thru I asked for a frozen coffee and some hash brown because she said the were only 2 people in there so no breakfast sandwiches only coffee now they came out burnt not like all the other location I've been thru Reserva una mesa ahora

They put crack in their coffee I swear. That must be why I’m addicted to it right? My fav go-to dunkin! I always stop by on my way to OU and it’s the #1 reason why I was late to class in college. They occasionally mess up from time to time but who doesn’t. Plus the coffee is like $2 lol

yawning and answer in a word answer when we ask if we can get a bagel instead of the croissant as they were out. I didn't get a real answer. edit: after giving up on the sandwich I got a whole bagel with cream cheese and the picture is what I got

I love this place because sometime in the morning I just want a cup of coffee and a donut this is the place you want to be the service is good the donuts are fresh nice hot cup of coffee. Your day enjoy ??

Typical Dunkin’ (and Baskins Robbins) location. Tasty coffee and much improved service over what was experienced early on. They are getting their act together (which is why I keep returning). Reserva una mesa ahora

I’m part of a social group that gathers here once a month, and we always have a great experience. The menu is still somewhat limited, but the food is delicious and reasonably priced.

I purchased 10 thunder holes for $3, and they were as hard as bricks! Selling stale donuts is unacceptable. I would like a refund, but they don't even answer the phone.
