I hate this DD. It’s brand new and you would think it would be good. First time when through drive Thur waited 20 mins, fine no biggy I understand it’s busy. I said I need to place two separate order and her excuse was “oh we can’t do that right now causes we have a line around the building” I reply “ I understand but I waited my turn and I’m paying for my orders, why can’t you?” She replied saying “ ehhh.. I .. go ahead with your orders” I just said “ you know what no thank you” and left.. came back again today cause my husband wanted coffee, pulled up and the lady said “ sorry we aren’t taking cash” so my husband asked they take debit, this was my reason why I’m never coming back. Terrible service, they could care less that I am standing there waiting. They are to buzy laughing and carrying on with friends and phones. I just stood there they gave me my donuts now I am waiting on the rest of my order but they forgot because they are to buzy. After awhile I did say something and the one lady looked at me like what are.you talking about. Then I reminded them I ordered a sandwich too. They had not even started it.

I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, 6 donuts, and a pumpkin muffin. When I received my order, only 2 of the donuts were correct, they were out of the pumpkin muffins (which is fine), and all the sandwiches were burnt and two of the sandwiches were not even the correct sandwiches.

Worst Dunkin Donut I have ever been to,they gave a plastic knife to stir your coffee.I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a crossaint for my son, they gave me only bacon in a bag,thinking I would drive away. The only good thing,,,,they did apologize,never again.

Don’t go here if you want to wait 30 minutes at the speaker, they don’t have no food or donuts ever. You’d think a new Dunkin’ Donuts would have everything.
