Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

We stopped by this Dunkin' Donuts while in the area for a specialist appointment. Naturally, we needed our coffee fix for breakfast and lunch, so we decided to give it a try. I noticed some significant differences between this location and our usual one. This Dunkin' was a bit pricier, but I suspect that's just due to the area and not a permanent trend. They seem to charge more because they can. The coffee tasted great, which is always a plus. My son ordered a bagel and some new egg snacks, and he wasn't disappointed. Most Dunkin' locations we've visited have been excellent. The staff, service, and food have all been very good, and our order was correct. I hope this helps you decide where to...

Ok, this breaks my heart because the food here is good and it is my preferred location. However, the woman who takes the orders most mornings, I assume the manager or potentially owner, is so rude. While you 're ordering she just keeps interjecting anything else... anything else... anything else? After everything you say. It seems like she 's annoyed you 're there andordering more than just a coffee. Also, if you don 't day the name of a drink perfectly, she says it back to you and correctsyou. It 's just poor customer service! Do better. Or put this person away from customers!

When I visited the restaurant, the staff seemed to stare and appeared somewhat bothered by my presence while I was making a purchase. However, the employee who assisted me at the register was very pleasant and kind. He even went out of his way to ensure I got what I wanted and didn't charge me extra for the add-ons, despite me being short on funds.

The person who took my order was fantastic. He was very pleasant and friendly. After I picked up my to-go order, I wanted to add a hot chocolate but realized I had forgotten my debit card at home. He kindly told me I could pay for it later and handed me the hot chocolate. That’s great customer service!

One of the employees was super arrogant and rude!!!! I won?t be coming back here ever again and don?t recommend that do either. Stay away and spend your money at businesses that actually respect appreciate you!
