I waited awhile to post this because I didn't want to post a review while I was freshly angry. I ordered 2 jelly donuts and two avocado toast with bacon. I received the donuts right away and proceeded to wait for the avocado toast. I waited 10 minutes and thought they were delaying my avocado toast because of the long drive thru lane. I waited another 5 min and noticed other inside guests receiving their food before me. I respectfully got back in line for another 5 minutes. I very nicely asked the cashier about my avocado toast. She quickly dismissed me and told me where I could pick up my food. I said yes but it's already been 15 min. She asked somebody in the drive thru about my toast then...
I haven 't been here for 6 months and the quality has gone downhill. Empty donut shelves drinks unavailable and smart mouth sales associate. I asked him to pick for me and I asked him twice but he didn 't understand what I was saying. So I just chose the donuts and he was being a smart mouth saying so you do want to pick your donuts in which I replied no, but it 's faster . I was choosing some donuts with has no label and he was saying which one all our donuts have labels, I just pointed it out to him that some of his donuts has no label on it. This place brings back such fond memories from my younger days in New York. After moving to California, I decided to revisit it, and I can confidently say that the Boston Kreme is still the best donut there. Don't forget to try the Strawberry Dunkin' Refresher—it's a must!
First time going to a Dunking Donuts. The coffee was amazing. Tasted fresh. And the gentleman at the drive trough(I believe his name was Camile) was really nice and courteous, and helped me with my order very tentatively. Planning on returning back.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff were quite rude for no apparent reason. I asked a question, and one of the girls completely ignored me, which I found to be very disrespectful.
The donuts here are not 10 out of 10 but they still taste very good you cannot complain about them being bad but it's fast food donuts. I will not complain but quality 7 out of 10
very disappointed, these donuts were hard and dry when they sat there for more than 24 hours. my 2 small children ask for donuts and I brought them to the worst donut place.
I am a professional Dunkin donuts visitor and this Dunkin has never disappointed. Extremely fast, always gets order right, and staff is nicer than mr. Rodgers

I found my experience to be quite inconsistent. Some days I would rate it a solid 5, while other days it would only be a 2.
I love their iced coffee with a few flavor shots and of course. The vanilla creme donuts,are the best.
