Very hit or miss. I come to this one because it is closer, the food fine and the employees are nice enough but so slow. The drive though does NOT move fast. On weekend you can easily spend 15 minutes waiting. I?ve tried going in to avoid the car line and the same thing. I don?t know why it takes so long. Again, the employees are nice and I do appreciate that they are working hard for likely low pay. I often drive to a further DD because the line is much faster.
They serve freshly baked pastries, coffee, tea, sandwiches and of course their signature donuts. I think it?s perfect for a mid-afternoon coffee/tea with a client or if you just want to get some work done on your laptop.First time here and the service was okay. Casual Dining ? A few specific issues: they often lock the doors before their posted closing times, and some of the employees have really poor attitudes. I’ve mostly noticed this in the evenings, typically with younger female staff members. It might just be one person, but it happens frequently enough that I prefer to avoid this place altogether. Overall, anything labeled as "fresh pack" here feels like a total rip-off.
I give these two stars to the simple fact that the nighttime staff is crazy. There are some occasions that we get super sweet workers, but more than often they are rude, take things for you and of course my favorite instead of just waiting for us? to order for a sandwich? By far the slowest drive thru for any business I have every experienced. I am writing this review while sitting in the drive thru because I have the time to do it. The staff is friendly but not as efficient as they could be. The inside is often dirtywith napkins and straw wrappers strewn about. This is a great location geography wise, but the time it takes to simply get acoffee is outrageous.
This location rarely has anything you want. This was before a stocking issue in the US. You ask for chocolate ice cream, ?we ran out,? a specific donut ?they?re all gone.? Like it?s so often it almost seems like they?re lying to not have to go get yourorder. I definitely take my business to a Cold Stones when I?m feeling for ice cream. They?re reliable.
Jay and Akash are amazing! Your branch has far exceeded my experience with all Dunkin Donuts. One of the Baristas, Saraj went out his way to improve my drink. Your location in Fort Meade is clean and their customer service is fast and professional. Your shop also plays really great music that creates the ultimate experience!
This place is the one I always prefer. I visit many restaurants but here I go the most. The team is very attentive and the food they place on your table is so yummy. I am always happy to have a nice meal in this restaurant. Highly recommended. Reserva una mesa ahora
Lauren, the store manager, is extremely helpful and sweet. My husband and I were accidentally given the wrong drink in the drive thru and she remade it for us and gave us a free donut. she truly is very kind and has great customer service.
