Ordered in the drive thru and was in a hurry. Ordered a iced macchiato with an extra shot of espresso and caramel drizzle. This is what I got. Not only is this a latte and not a macchiato but there is no expresso in this drink. It doesn’t even taste like they gave me any coffee this is straight up milk and caramel sauce. I’m beyond annoyed because I didnt have time to go back. They also never gave me a straw or even my receipt. I was the only car there as it was the afternoon when I went there was no excuse for this poor service.
I realize that some individuals can be difficult, but the staff really need to work on their attitudes. Every single team member should learn how to prepare iced coffee properly. The amount of ice—whether light, standard, or extra—significantly affects the taste of the coffee. Please stop filling every cup with excessive ice. If you simply learned to use the standard amount, there wouldn't be so many complaints. Nobody asks for extra ice, as it means less coffee in the cup. It's just common sense.
I have consistently received old tea from this restaurant, and my orders are often not prepared as requested. Today, I was even served iced coffee with visible coffee grounds in it. The only thing they manage to do consistently is provide poor-quality items and incorrect orders. Although the Campbell Ave location is somewhat out of the way, it’s still worth a visit.
My family and I went through the drive thru on Thursday, June 2, 2022. The girl on the drive thru couldn’t understand English and spoke very poor English. The food we ordered was ice cold and took forever. Service and quality are a constant problem at the Wynantskill location. Probably will never return to this location. There are others in the area.

I usually don't go here, although I'm close to home, because that's what's so long. but today I tried them again. I ordered and paid for 2 bacon egg and I'll be awake. once a home was realized for the third time again. they have not put on the packaging
gave girls change, but was .10 short thoughts gave her real amt. If she told you you were gonna change, then only bills would come back. the girl was rude and talked about me. today the employees must learn not to be rude
the worst dunkin experience ever. instead of taking my order, the employee has joined an extra-service employee. when I had taken my order, it wasn't even.
I had a negative interaction with an assistant manager on this site, so I left a review in the DD app. a few weeks later I got a call from the police.

not sure what it was, the staff can give a little more attention, but it felt much more like a place than a chain.
these are the worst dunkin' donuts in the united states of America. an adult must show this place and execute
