I was torn between giving this Dunkin’ either 2 or 3 stars, so I'll go with 2.5 stars. It's the most convenient option near my workplace; otherwise, I would probably choose a different place. There's no drive-thru, so you have to park and go inside to place your order. The main staff member is quite unfriendly, often sporting a sour expression. She regularly talks on her phone while serving customers, which creates a very unwelcoming atmosphere, and she seems to be unhappy in her job. I debated giving 2 or 3 stars so let's say 2.5 stars. This Dunkin is the closest to my job or I'd go somewhere else. There is no drive through so u have to park and go in to order. The next morning, I went back with my receipt to show both the time I placed the order and the stated closing time, but they refused to honor my order or provide a refund. I recommend they update their hours of operation. Aside from that incident, I’ve typically enjoyed my visits here.

DD is doing a good job trying to keep folks and staff safe: sneeze guards, pre-ordering, everything clean and sanitary. Best iced coffee and iced tea in this hot weather. DD also sells donut kits: 6 plain donuts with 3 icings and 3 types of sprinkles for the kids to make their own. The family in front was excited about their order of 3 kits. Staff is friendly as always.
I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The customer service was excellent, and both the food and coffee were served hot and perfectly prepared. I traveled all the way from Broadview, on the other side of town, just for the great service. I definitely give it 5 stars!
We ordered coffee and muffins. The coffee was fresh and served hot, as it always is, making this one of my favorite coffee spots. The two ladies who served us were pleasant as well.
The best Dunkin location hands down. No matter what time I go, coffee food tastes great and fresh. Staff is always friendly too. I go out of my way to get here whenever possible.

I placed a pickup order using the OnTheGo app. The restaurant was clean, and I was greeted by the cashier as I walked in. My order was ready when I arrived.
Love the coffee rolls and sherbet ice cream. The staff is always so courteous.
