Ordered a hot chocolate today. The guy who made it then stood behind the portion of the counter where you can’t see what there doing for several minutes. Long enough that it began to get concerning. Finally paid and left. Took the lid off before taking a sip and there was a large amount of gunk and things floating in my hot chocolate. No idea what he did to it, but it was nasty. Had to throw it away at the next gas station. Will not be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This restaurant consistently provides excellent customer service every day! The staff here genuinely listens to your orders and never gets them wrong. It's my local Dunkin', and they always greet you with a smile! I can't help but wonder if they're ever in a bad mood!

The visit was good. I can't believe how small your donuts and munchkins are it seems that they have shrunk about 70% compared to the size they were 2years ago.
