I ordered a cold brew coffee, but instead, I got iced coffee, which was served in a glass filled with ice. It tasted terrible and was watered down. When I inquired about it, the staff member insisted that this was how it should be. We asked for a regular coffee because the iced coffee was so bad, but she flatly refused our request. I wouldn’t consider returning to this place; I’d rather spend the same amount at Starbucks. One of the staff members was pleasant, but the other was quite rude and abrupt.
**CAUTION: Terrible Service! Stay Away from This Restaurant.** I had a really frustrating experience during my visit. I faced problems with my payment options, and my order was wrong. The staff member I dealt with had a very rude attitude and would not provide a refund or exchange. I have no plans to return. The Indian lady, whom I think is named Laxhsmi, was especially unhelpful. I highly recommend that you avoid this restaurant!
My large order ended up being a small size, my iced coffee was served hot, my plain coffee turned out to be French vanilla, and my signature coffee was just plain. I've visited this place five times recently, and each time there were plenty of staff members but no other customers. I even requested some corrections, but the employees just walked away.

I generally have a good experience with the staff and the orders I've made. I usually place my orders in advance, and they always have everything ready for me when I arrive. They even remember my name, which is nice because I can just walk in and say thank you while others are still waiting for their food.

I'm reading the review which was 1 star and it's because of a payment discrepancy. I had no problem and I ordered a tea which was the best one I've had made at any dunkin's. I have no complaints
