At Dunkin', I ordered a cold brew coffee but was served an iced coffee instead, packed full of ice. The flavor was unpleasant and excessively diluted. When I questioned the staff, they insisted that’s how the drink is supposed to be. We asked to swap it for a regular coffee since the iced one was unsatisfactory, but the staff member refused outright. I won’t be coming back—I’d rather spend the same amount at Starbucks. While one team member was friendly, another was rude and dismissive. The menu options should be clearer to avoid such confusion.

**CAUTION: Terrible Service! Stay Away from This Restaurant.** I had a really frustrating experience during my visit. I faced problems with my payment options, and my order was wrong. The staff member I dealt with had a very rude attitude and would not provide a refund or exchange. I have no plans to return. The Indian lady, whom I think is named Laxhsmi, was especially unhelpful. I highly recommend that you avoid this restaurant!
My large order ended up being a small size, my iced coffee was served hot, my plain coffee turned out to be French vanilla, and my signature coffee was just plain. I've visited this place five times recently, and each time there were plenty of staff members but no other customers. I even requested some corrections, but the employees just walked away.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was outstanding, particularly in the afternoon. A lovely lady named Nadiya attended to me; she was not only courteous but also quite beautiful. My order came out quickly, and the food was delicious. I truly enjoyed it!
Terrible service and rude attitude at Dunkin'. I ordered warm coffee from their menu but was served a cold one instead, and when I asked for a replacement, they refused. I will never visit Dunkin' again. Avoid this place at all costs.

I'm reading the review which was 1 star and it's because of a payment discrepancy. I had no problem and I ordered a tea which was the best one I've had made at any dunkin's. I have no complaints
