Something is not right with the staff here at night. They use the drive thru speaker to accost women working at the KFC next to them. I was in the line around 8pm on Aug 10th when I heard the staff at Dunkin donuts calling the girl from KFC that wassweeping disturbing names. IDK what's going on with the staff here at night but it's very disturbing and the message I left formanagement fell on deaf ears. So if they're willing to cat call and say rude degrading things to staff next to their store Iwonder what they would be willing to do to a customer they find rude. So beware you might be getting something extra in yourcoffee that you don't want with the staff here at night!!!!
This is one of my favorite Dunkin' locations. They consistently get my order correct. The staff is usually friendly and polite, but it can vary; I can often tell when an employee enjoys their job or when they don't (which seems common everywhere). Ultimately, I can't complain too much—I'm really just there for my coffee. I always leave a tip, hoping it makes a difference since I know they might not be earning as much as they deserve.
My daughter was undecided about which Halloween donut to choose, but the cashier was fantastic! She gave my daughter hints about the best three options, and they ended up laughing and joking together, which really helped brighten my daughter's day since she hadn't had the best time at school. After I paid, the employee told my 5-year-old daughter that she had cheered her up and encouraged her to come back.
