I went to this location to grab a bite to eat, since I live just around the corner and was craving a good breakfast sandwich. When I walked in, the gas station looked empty. There was one employee at the Dunkin, cleaning the espresso machine. After standing at the counter for merely 5 minutes, I asked the employee if they were open. Which I knew they were already, it was only 7pm. My question was followed by a nodding of the head and the woman working returned to cleaning the machine. Now look, I've worked In a cafe setting before, so I get it. It can be overwhelming when you have a lot to clean and on top of that, customers to attend to. But it was only 7pm, your top priority should not be...
I went there twice within two weeks and stood at the counter for five minutes without seeing anybody. And both times I walked off because I noticed the employee would take the drive through order without noticing me standing at the counter for five minutes when there was no customers at all. I am a barista at Starbucks and it should never take five minutes to help a customer especially when they just want a donut.

Horrible !! stopped in yesterday morning for a couple breakfast sandwich's for my son and i and by the time we got to the expressway in Victor i have to pull over because my son and I were vomiting the food back up!!!! Totally disgusted with this establishment. We will NEVER be stopping there again. Clean up your act and adhere to the national chain you should be accustomed too !

Only been to this location a handful of times but each time they seem to get something wrong. Their coffee also seems to be way hotter than other locations, making you have to wait for it to cool a lot longer.
I went yesterday bought ice tea lemonade it was fantastic went back today and it was disgusting what a waste of money. It seems like the staff all don't know the measurements on how to make each drink
