This location has really improved over the past year. People are very friendly, the in-stock is so much better than a year ago. I use the Dunkin Donuts mobile app almost daily and a year ago everyday there was something missing from my order. It's rare now to have to alter my order. They currently are a test store for a breakfast empanada. In my opinion this is the best product that Dunkin Donuts has put out in a very long time. Easy to eat on the go, unlike the Taco. Has great flavor. The filling is the right amount and there is everything that's supposed to be in there. If Dunkin Donuts doesn't make these available as a regular menu item, I'll be very disappointed.
I've been visiting this location for several years, and the customer service has always been decent. While the coffee can be inconsistent at times, I've never encountered any major issues—until today. I ordered my usual coffee, but when I took a sip, I accidentally swallowed something hard. Upon closer inspection, I found bits of plastic at the bottom of my drink. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Horrible !! stopped in yesterday morning for a couple breakfast sandwich's for my son and i and by the time we got to the expressway in Victor i have to pull over because my son and I were vomiting the food back up!!!! Totally disgusted with this establishment. We will NEVER be stopping there again. Clean up your act and adhere to the national chain you should be accustomed too !

I went yesterday bought ice tea lemonade it was fantastic went back today and it was disgusting what a waste of money. It seems like the staff all don't know the measurements on how to make each drink
