Don’t waste your time going here. Worst customer service. They don’t even apologize for their mistakes. I am a frequent customer and I have been disappointed at least 5 times. Management is terrible and they are constantly sold out on most of their products. Why doesn’t the manager order food accordingly… Not only did they call me to tell me they had no english muffins. They said they would be replacing it with a croissant and STILL sent me a BURNT Inedible english muffin. Why call to tell me you don’t have them and send out something this terrible. It’s ridiculous. Horrible service. Walked in and never even got a “hi welcome” or “I’ll be right with you”. There was a two employees and both them of saw me and my mom and never said anything. There was only one person in drive thru and they got them out fast however never attended us. They started restocking, coming back and forth and not once did they say anything to help us. 15 minutes waiting to get attended. Then two other women walked in and saw that no one has helped us and asked if they said they would be right with us and we said no. They asked for the manager and the employee said that he’s coming yet never came. We left after that, we waited for almost 20 minutes and never got attended. Really ba...

Just came by to get some donuts and from the start I noticed the employee hated their job… I pull up to pay for my order and the lady there said “just to let you know those donuts have filling” and I asked if I could choose one and said “that’s why I’m telling you them”. I then let her know that she charged me a price different than what was on that screen on the window and she said she couldn’t fix it she already charged me…. Yet on the window it says it’ll be fixed… oh and she was the manager... but she can’t fix the problem.. I won’t ever come here again… clearly they need new management because with a management like that it goes on to their workers… first and last encounter there.

This location is the worst. I only come to Pharr because it’s the closest to home, but every time I go, I am disappointed. The employees lack customer service skills and are always rude. In life, there is one golden rule: treat others with kindness, especially if your job involves working with people! As a former barista, I am appalled by the employees' lack of coffee-making skills. It seems like they are either underpaid or overworked, as they do not even seem to try at their job. If you can't make a simple coffee or if you do not enjoy your job, then find another one. Oh no! I should have been wary when they messed up the order for the person in front of me. I ordered a blueberry muffin, but when I opened the bag in my car, it was not blueberry. I went back inside and spoke to a different woman behind the counter since the one who helped me was not available. She insisted it was blueberry, but another woman agreed with me that it was a cranberry chocolate chip muffin. After some discussion, the second woman understood and gave me a blueberry muffin with a smile. The two stars are for the time wasted in the store and the argument over the muffin flavor.

7:30am and we stopped for a dozen mixed. Wanted blueberry glazed, sprinkles, and regular glazed. Girl at the counter said the baker was just starting baking and they didn't have the blueberry or the sprinkles, only 7 glazed and coconut. I thought they just had a very busy time since opening and they had run out of almost everything so soon. Turn out they were day old donuts and our kids hated them. We also wanted to buy milk for the kids, but they were out. Lousy management would be my guess as to why a donut shop has no fresh donuts or milk at 7:30am. Very disappointed.

I ordered a hot coffee. First, let's start with the wait which was terrible even though there was only one car ahead of me. Secondly, the staff was not very friendly. And finally, the coffee was cold and tasted burnt, like it had been sitting there for hours. I complained to the manager and he didn't seem to care much. All he said was that he was sorry, but he never offered to fix the problem. I will not be returning.

Customer service is so bad!!!! The customer service has gone down hill in this location. Everyone is always in a mood, when you walk in they ignore you act like your not there, they keep you waiting in line they never tell you Hi I 'll be with you in a bit the place is so dirty as well. Any one doing deliveries from any app’s just be prepare to wait up to 10 to 30 minutes for a simple coffee and donut. Beside the foods and drinks are not well prepare.
