I have been to almost every Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant in Chicago Suburbs area....This is one of the best (second only to the one at Dundee and Rand Rd intersection)...Great in-store environment, best for groups or for studying because it is open 24/7...crew members are so nice, especially Viral and Raju..Coffee tastes good, but TVs are a little loud which is somewhat unpleasant.
9/16 entered this location. There were at least five employees and only one was wearing a mask. The state of Illinois implemented a mask mandate regardless of vaccination status a few weeks ago.Further, theres signs on the doors stating you must wear a mask to enter, so it's a bit hypocritical for them to enforce a policy on customers but not on their staff.
They service and food is good.I just wanna tell everyone to be aware of a blue Hyundai car plate number K10-7032. I was there in the line of drive through first. That car just block the drive way, and not even waiting in a drive through line. He tried to cut in and almost HIT my car on purpose!!! I will make a police report on what he did! Rude
It's Saturday morning 11am and I took little longer than usual while I get that they are on time crunch. I heard them bad mouthing about not giving the order faster in Gujarati and when confronted about it they lied to us that they didn't say anything. Honestly the quickest Dunkin I've ever been to. I stop here before work and sometimes it gets really hectic and packed with the two entrances for the drive through line, but and they do a great job of getting customers' orders through. Fast, accurate, and friendly service!
They refused to let me order at the window, even though it was pouring heavily. The employee did not have any courtesy or manners. Good way to start losing business.
The SAUSAGE to this place is up on DONKEY MEAT!!! IT TASTES SO BAD!!! I really don't know how all these idiots can't cook ONE sausage...
