I’m not one to leave reviews but lately this location has just not been up to par. I’m unfortunately extremely specific about what alternative milk I drink because A. I’m extremely lactose intolerant and B. I’ve developed a NUT allergy. With that being said I go here often solely because it’s close to home and almost every time something is wrong, big or small it’s always something. Today was probably the worst, I went and asked for the same coffee I get every morning, iced cold brew coconut with OAT MILK. I got to work and started sipping my coffee, then my throat started getting itchy. I look at the label on my coffee and they put almond milk. It’s a blessing I don’t have a bad enough alle...
THE WORST DUNKIN DONUT EVER !!! THEY WILL MESSED UP YOUR ORDER EVEN IF YOU REPEATED IT TWICE !!!It’s a shame Omg. This place is the worst. Whoever manages this place needs to be let go. I ordered a simple drink and repeated like three times. And come to the window and it’s wrong ??!!!! Waited another 10mins cause they forgot I ordered a donut. Then came and tell me they don’t have it ??? There is this young guy working there on on Monday 1/24/22, he’s the worst. That’s all I can say. It seemed the place is run by kids at the mall. Whoever owns this joint needs to like seriously be hiring new people. You will lose customers this way.
I'm not sure why there’s so much negativity in the reviews; it really made me hesitate about going there. I suspect some of the bad reviews might be from children who are unhappy with the menu options and just want to complain, haha. I visited the place twice—once at 2 PM and once at 11 AM on different days—and both times the service was decent. The kiosk service was actually quite efficient in processing orders. I had a medium iced coffee, sausage and cheese on a multigrain bagel, and hash browns. Everything was prepared correctly, and it was genuinely delicious—exactly what you’d expect from a typical Dunkin’ Donuts.
I visited this restaurant around 10:30 AM and was disappointed by the service. Two female employees were at the counter; one was on her phone while the other was counting money, completely ignoring the customers in the drive-thru. They were incompetent when it came to taking orders. I even took photos to document the poor service. After waiting for 30 minutes without receiving my coffee, I decided I would never go back. Forget about the worst Dunkin Donuts, this particular location is consistently the worst RETAIL experience I have ever had in my entire life, and I 'm 52 years old. Every single employee is their own special kind of miserable. It 's as if the only training they receive is If you 're not arguing with the customer you 're doing it wrong . Whoever manages this location should not be working in retail management. They have failed on every level.
It's better to dine in and enjoy a full meal within 30 minutes rather than use the drive-thru, where you might end up with the wrong order. Having worked in food service myself, it's surprising how frequently mistakes occur with orders here. The staff seem disinterested and it’s clear that they don't want to be at work.
